Supplements and Vitamins Make Aging Mice Run Fast, says Researchers

David Roller discovered a cocktail of 30 supplements, including ginseng, garlic, Vitamin D, and B Vitamins and found that these cells were generating less of the free radicals that are linked to cell damage and aging. The research was in response to recent findings that individual supplements have no effect.  The mice were also smarter and lived 10% longer. Check out the video here.
