How to Boost Your Confidence by Improving Your Posture

According to an Ohio State study (which was highlighted in the April 2010 Issue of Good Housekeeping), people who keep their spines straight and chests raised not only display more self-confidence but experience more confidence.  Ohio State conducted a study on Students who thought they were examining actors and their postures.  The students were asked to construct a list about themselves as a job candidate.  It was found that the students who were told to ‘sustain good posture’ while they were constructing their lists were more secure about their assessments compared to the students who were told to ‘sustain poor posture’.
