Food Finding: For all of you looking for a healthy, affordable all-you-care-to-eat soup and salad restaurant, we found ‘Souper Salad’. Currently these restaurants are located across the southern and western United States although they currently expanding their number of locations through franchising. They focus on providing their customers with high quality ingredients such as fresh vegetables that are cut everyday by hand, soup which is made from scratch and baked bread.

Benefits:

  • Cater to Some Special Diets – Vegetarian (follow Lacto Ovo Vegetarian) and Vegan Items (based on someone who does not eat any fish, meat, poultry, eggs, dairy products or foods that contain any of these products, or honey. They also do not use any non-food items that contain products from animals, including wool from sheep, leather and silk) on their buffet.   • Cost of the buffet – They focus on providing their customers with an option to enjoy fresh, healthy meal that is also quick and reasonably priced. They have a ‘Souper Fresh Club’ which sends out local coupons to one’s email which includes special discounts, birthday special and other announcements periodically. For example some of their specials include $4.95 buffet (for lunch or dinner dine in) and a Sunday special for children which children can eat for $2.95.
