This is a great list and I am so happy that I already eat every one of these foods on (at least) a weekly basis, some on a daily basis! The awesome thing that most people don’t understand is that eating well makes you FEEL well. Sure, eating well will help you lose weight and get a good report from your doctor, but the primary reason I eat well is to feel energized all day.

We couldn’t live without our oatmeal, apples, almonds and blueberries each day and always try to have at least one of the other foods just for a little extra energy booster for the day! :-)
